Payment terms: Payment is due in full upon completion and return of the registration form. Due to the format of the Exchange and limited space we advise early registration and payment to avoid disappointment. Your registration cannot be fully confirmed until payment is received. Admission to the Exchange will be refused if payment has not been received. Payment of invoices by means other than by credit card (or purchase order for UK Plc and government bodies only) will be subject to a £49 invoicing fee.
The invoicing fee of £49 will also be applied to credit card payments that are received after 48 hours of registration. Credit card payments that are received within 48 hours will not have the invoicing fee applied.
Cancellations and substitutions: In the event that the delegate named is unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, written notice of cancellation must be provided 14 days in advance of the first day of the meeting. Substitution of registrants of an equivalent level is permitted at any time before the event without penalty.
Documentation: Participation in the Exchange involves providing information on the nature of your company activities. This is requested to enable participating solution providers to establish their ability to offer you services relevant to current business needs. The individual delegate agrees to complete and return all documentation and meeting and workshop selections before the requested deadlines, as specified by the organiser.
